Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page has a link. Enter your order/confirmation number then click on the link and the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you seebefore confirming your order.
Q:Is there a membership fee?
A:Membership is for free. You may be a member of our store now for free in order to shop, to be informed of the campaigns and to benefit from all HarunYahyaStore services.
Q:What should I do if the products delivered are out of order or damaged?
A:All HarunYahyaStore.com products are official press labeled. If you think that the defect is production originated, please inform our customer service at info@harunyahyastore.com.

Please do not take the delivery of the damaged, torn packages containing broken DVD, Video, VCD, MC ect. resulted by the cargo service and report it immediately to the delivery person. Otherwise the damage caused by the cargo firm, yet not proved so has to be charged from the customer.
Harun Yahya Store is going to contact it's 3rd party partner, shipper with your report and clarify the situation. And if necessary the loss is going to be charged from the them. Please note that HarunYahyaStore.com may ask for evidence (photograph, documents ect.) from his customers.
Q:How much is the shipping fee?
A:The price of the shipment is automatically calculated according to the weight of the commodity and added to your order cost. You can see it on your check out.
For International Orders, the customs regulations of the country which the orders are delivered to are valid. Should a customs fee is required then it is going to be covered by the customer.
Q:When do I receive the order?
A:The orders are shipped in three work days. They are delivered by the shipper within 2-9 days depending on the distance of the delivery address to Chicago.

A:You have to be a member of HarunYahyaStore.com in order to be able shop. Membership is for free. After you have become a member add the items you would like to purchase to your cart by clicking “Add to Cart” button. Once you confirm the number of products you need to buy click the "Check out" button and after giving your delivery address and invoice information correctly click “buy it” .

Q:What should I do if an item is missing?
A:In case of a missing item, please contact us through +1 888 90 GLOBAL or inform us using “Contact Us” Link located under the Customer Service. The missing item will be delivered without any additional shipping fee.
Note: The products are checked, signed and their content forms are filled at our packaging service before being delivered to you.
Q:I need to return an item, what should I do?
A:Please state your return demand with a cause through “Contact Us” within 5 days of delivery. If your demand is approved by the store management, send the whole product including the original package, all the documents ect. to our address. After we receive the product in its original condition with the invoice copies, we will refund the payment within 2 work days. This will be reflected to you with in 1-6 weeks.
