The delivery is sent to the address given by yourself in your order; your signature is NOT required for the delivery. In case of failure of delivery of your item, your rights on the items purchased are recorded and filed. RETURN POLICY:

Most of our products are books and DVDs. Due to copyright laws, we are not able to accept returned DVDs, with the exception that the DVD is a non-working DVD upon delivery. However, we will listen to your story and decide whether or not you can exchange the item purchased.
